Start with a quiet hello.
Whether you are carrying trauma, stress or grief, you can write to us without deciding anything. No forms to fill in first, no story you have to be ready to tell.

This is not an emergency service and we cannot answer immediately. In a crisis, call ERAN on 1201 (24 hours, free) or emergency services on 101.
As much or as little as you want. A first name and a way to reach you is enough.
A person at Mercaz Tally reads your message and replies within three working days. Never an automated response.
A short, practical conversation about which of our programs might fit and what it involves. Not therapy and not an assessment. Just information, with no commitment.
Your message goes to one person at Mercaz Tally. We do not share it, and we will not add you to anything.

Small group programs in Ramat Bet Shemesh, open to anyone in the Beit Shemesh area: clinical groups led by licensed therapists, and creative and wellness workshops led by trained facilitators.
We work alongside conventional care, never instead of it. If you are already seeing someone, that continues.
Some groups are women only, some men only, and some open to everyone. Tell us what you would be comfortable with and we will tell you what we have.
We are not an emergency service, a psychiatric service, or a replacement for medical treatment.
If what you need is outside what we do, we will say so, and point you somewhere better where we can.
Every group keeps a funded scholarship place. Nobody is turned away because they cannot pay.
Say so in your message. It stays between us, and it makes no difference to how you are treated.
These are not us. They are national services, free and confidential, and some of them answer at hours we cannot. If one of them fits you better than we do, use it.
NATAL, 1-800-363-363. 24 hours. For anyone carrying trauma from war or terror: soldiers, reservists, civilians and the families around them.
Nefesh Achat, *8944. 24 hours. The Ministry of Defense line for wounded veterans and discharged soldiers living with post-trauma, and for their families. Answered by NATAL’s people.
MOSHE, WhatsApp +972-50-999-0940. Sunday to Thursday, 08:30 to 16:00. Community support around the risk of suicide, for yourself or for someone you are worried about. Not an emergency line.
If you are serving now, the fastest route is your unit’s mental health officer, the kaban.
