A family, and the people we trust with the work.
Mercaz Tally is small and it is new. Everyone involved is named here, with what they are qualified to do. Where we are still learning, we say so on the same page as everything else.

Toby and her children founded Mercaz Tally in loving memory of her daughter, Tally (Avital) Kapiloff. Family and close friends lead the organization's day-to-day work. Toby studied law in the UK and spent many years in Israel's hi-tech industry. She has been interested in photography as a healing method for many years.
She is currently training in journal coaching, and is now in a mentorship in therapeutic photography. Anything clinical is led by someone licensed to do it.
“Tally knew that standard talk therapy wasn't right for her. Her dream was to help others heal by offering complementary therapies. There are few places offering this. I have experienced healing in my own life in this way.”Toby, founder

The people who answer the messages, book the rooms and keep the accounts are the people who loved Tally. Nobody draws a salary for running Mercaz Tally. Practitioners who lead sessions are paid a fee for that work, which is a different thing and is set out on the money page.
CBT and somatic work are led by licensed therapists, alongside whatever treatment you already have and never instead of it.
Led by trained facilitators. Where the person leading has not finished their training, the program page says so and names the skill.
Every program says who leads it and what they are qualified in, before you commit to anything or pay anyone.
Mercaz Tally is a registered Israeli nonprofit, governed by a volunteer board and an independent audit committee, as Israeli law requires. The first annual account of funds will be published in January 2027.
We cannot answer immediately and we are not staffed around the clock. In crisis, call ERAN 1201 or emergency services on 101.
We do not diagnose, we do not prescribe, and we do not manage medication. Those things belong with your doctor.
If you are already seeing someone, keep seeing them. What we run is meant to sit beside that, not to take its place.
Write and ask who runs a group, what they are qualified in, or anything else. We answer in writing, from a person.
